Engineered a comprehensive web application for automated Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation from CAD designs of houses as part of a 6-member team. Spearheaded the CAD handling functionality, database architecture for design processing, and implemented the BOQ customization feature. This application enables DXF file uploads, automated material and cost calculations, customization, and material tracking. Implemented with React.js, Python/Flask, and Supabase with Postgresql.

Developed a high-performance Real-Time Event Ticketing System with a multithreaded Producer-Consumer architecture, built using Java/Spring Boot backend and React.js frontend. Implemented thread-safe data structures and concurrency control to ensure transaction integrity and prevent race conditions during high volume ticket sales.

Built a React-based property search web application that allows users to filter properties, view details, and save favourites. Integrated Bootstrap for styling and implemented drag-and-drop functionality for managing favourites.

Constructed a website to introduce the UNSDG: Life Below Water as part of a 3-member team. Developed a dynamic shopping cart and checkout form with JavaScript on the shop web page and created an engaging splash screen with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a visually appealing introduction.

Developed a Python program that allows students and staff to predict the progression outcomes separately at the end of each academic year.

Designed a Java program that effectively manages and tracks seat reservations inside an aircraft.
